ONE NIGHT. ONE JOB.

YOUR BRIEF
We're bringing Buster + Punch to Israel. Finally. Not with a press release or showroom ribbon. With a Heist
Buster + Punch is the London brand changing the way the world sees home fittings—bold, solid, and built with attitude. We admire that. So naturally, we're bringing them in the only way we know how: loud, fast.. and slightly illegal.
This isn't just an event—this is a high-stakes takeover. A long-overdue Heist. And you're officially in on it.
Led by Dylan Rihan and fronted by the bao rebels — Shaul and Tamar — we're pulling off something special. Think speed, fashion and zero apologies. We're here for beauty, precision and rebellion.
We need your help to pull it off. While our rebels take care of business at the (very real) B+P warehouse, you'll be playing your part on the ground. The Buster + Punch team will be at the event — straight from London — and they can't suspect a thing. So keep cool. Stay quiet. Act like nothing's happening.
And what better place for it all than the Chapel? It's sacred. It's dramatic. It's just wrong enough to feel right.
One night. One job. No mistakes. You ready?

With a background in aviation engineering and a career that veered from flight training in London to data science, Dylan brings a precision-engineered mindset to every venture. It was in London that he first discovered Buster + Punch—and the encounter sparked more than admiration; it ignited a mission. Dylan founded bao to deliver Israel's most seamless e-commerce experience for the world's boldest home fashion label elevating the often overlooked details of interior design with solid metal fittings that bring substance, precision and permanence to everyday touchpoints. For him, crafting the perfect customer journey is as much about engineering as it is about aesthetic.
As President of North America for Buster + Punch, David Schlocker brings decades of expertise at the intersection of design, marketing, and brand storytelling. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury home lifestyle markets, David leads the brand's North American growth—championing its bold design language and uncompromising craftsmanship. His work centers on building meaningful connections between the brand and a design-savvy audience, elevating the everyday through products that blend utility with character.
Former architect at Foster & Partners and Richard Rogers, Massimo Buster Minale founded Buster + Punch in 2013 to bring bold, design-led flair to everyday home fittings. What began as a passion for custom motorbikes in a Shoreditch garage evolved into a globally recognized home fashion label, blending architecture, engineering, and attitude. His mission: to reinvent forgotten home fittings into the unforgettable.
Maayan is the founder of Reflectura, a multidisciplinary interior design studio known for bold, industrial-inspired spaces that celebrate raw materials and unconventional textures. With over 17 years of experience, she creates distinctive interiors that defy trends and express a strong, individual design language. In 2025, Maayan was awarded first place in the prestigious MUTINA Award at Milan Design Week, recognized for her innovative use of tile and material storytelling.
